Functiebeschrijving

Als Ploegverantwoordelijke binnen één van onze productieafdelingen (Aluminium of PVC) organiseer, coördineer en volg je de dagdagelijkse operationele werking van je team op.

  • Je waarborgt dat processen en taken correct en volgens de afspraken worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je staat in voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement op jouw afdeling.
  • Je verdeelt de taken en staat in voor de dagelijkse planning.
  • Je evalueert de medewerkers, geeft terugkoppeling en ondersteunt hen in ontwikkelvraagstukken.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers in hun nieuwe job.

Profiel

  • Je bent een teamspeler met een coachende houding en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en doet dit resultaatsgericht op basis van de KPI's die aan jouw team worden toegekend.
  • Je beschikt over een creatief & probleemoplossend denkvermogen en hebt de nodige communicatieve & administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent sterk in werkorganisatie en legt de focus steeds op kwaliteit, zowel in je eigen werk als in het werk op de afdelingen.
  • Flexibiliteit en een positieve ingesteldheid zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.
