Heb jij ervaring met het aansturen van een team binnen een productieomgeving? Haal je uitdaging in het verantwoordelijk zijn voor de kwaliteit, productiviteit én een optimale personeelsbezetting op de werkvloer? Daarnaast ben je ook niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en actief mee te werken aan het productieproces wanneer dat nodig is?

Bij ons krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen binnen onze productieafdeling. Jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten, oog voor detail en praktische instelling zijn essentieel om het team efficiënt en gemotiveerd te houden en zo bij te dragen aan het succes van onze organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt al ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving, waar je verantwoordelijk was voor het aansturen en motiveren van een team. Als echte people manager haal je voldoening uit het begeleiden van collega’s en het bevorderen van een positieve en productieve werksfeer.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen, zodat alle processen op de werkvloer soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Communicatief ben je sterk: je kunt helder en overtuigend communiceren met zowel je team als met andere afdelingen.
  • Daarnaast ben je flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken, zodat je samen met je team de productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen kunt behalen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en bent altijd op zoek naar manieren om de werkprocessen te verbeteren en het team verder te ontwikkelen.
