Heb jij leidinggevende capaciteiten en een passie voor textiel en kleur? Wil je werken in een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan? Dan is deze job als ploegleider echt iets voor jou.

Jouw taken:

  • Leiding geven aan een ploeg binnen een continu productielijn.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van het werk binnen je ploeg en rapporteren aan het afdelingshoofd.
  • Opvolgen van rendement en kwaliteitsniveau om vlotte productie te garanderen.
  • Bijwerken van kleurschakeringen en zorgen voor perfecte eindkwaliteit.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een A2 of B1 diploma textiel of scheikunde.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de textielsector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met mensen aansturen. Leidinggevende ervaring is een extra troef.
  • Je hebt een technisch inzicht en interesse in het oplossen van mechanische problemen.
