FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als ploegverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van de werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats, met als doel de gemaakte afspraken met klanten correct na te leven.

Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de mekaniekers en biedt hen ondersteuning op zowel technisch vlak als in klantgerichtheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen strikt worden nageleefd.

Daarnaast los je kleine storingen in het werkproces op en verwittig je de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke bij problemen die de voortgang in gevaar brengen. Ook neem je eenvoudige administratieve taken voor je rekening.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent professioneel, punctueel, sociaal en stressbestendig.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding in automechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt kennis van onderhoud van vrachtwagens en kan een eerste relevante ervaring voorleggen.
  • Een rijbewijs CE is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
