Werk je vandaag als plooibankoperator en kan je zelfstandig schakelen tussen stukwerk, kleine series en verschillende instellingen?

Dan is dit een interessante kans binnen een moderne en groeiende metaalomgeving.

Voor een stabiele productieonderneming in de regio Moorsele zoeken we discreet een insteller plooibank. Je werkt zelfstandig op basis van technische tekeningen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte instelling, ombouw en kwaliteitscontrole van uiteenlopende stukken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als insteller plooibank sta je zelfstandig in voor het plooien van stukwerk en kleine series.

Concreet zal je:

  • de plooibank instellen op basis van 2D- en 3D-tekeningen;
  • programma’s zelfstandig ingeven zonder 3D-ondersteuning;
  • tooling wisselen en de juiste parameters bepalen;
  • regelmatig omschakelen tussen verschillende stukken en opdrachten;
  • stukwerk en kleine series produceren;
  • technische plannen correct interpreteren;
  • afgewerkte stukken opmeten;
  • de kwaliteit, maatvoering en hoeken controleren;
  • afwijkingen herkennen en waar nodig bijsturen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een plooibankoperator die voldoende ervaring heeft om zelfstandig aan de machine te werken.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je bij voorkeur één tot drie jaar relevante ervaring;
  • kan je zelfstandig een plooibank instellen en ombouwen;
  • lees je vlot technische tekeningen;
  • kan je werken met meetmiddelen zoals een schuifmaat en hoekmeter;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • kan je goed omgaan met veelvuldige omschakelingen;
  • ben je bereid om in twee ploegen te werken;
  • communiceer je op basisniveau in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.

Kennis van LVD- of Trumpf-machines is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
