Werk je graag met metaal en kan je een technisch plan omzetten in een correct afgewerkt onderdeel? Voor een technisch productiebedrijf zoeken we een plooier die machines zelfstandig kan instellen en bedienen.

  • Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin technisch inzicht, maatwerk en kwaliteitscontrole samenkomen.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en bepaalt hoe je het onderdeel correct moet bewerken
  • Je stelt metaalbewerkingsmachines in en bedient ze tijdens de productie.
  • Je plaatst en wisselt plooi- en stansmatrijzen volgens de uit te voeren opdracht.
  • Je plooit metalen onderdelen volgens de opgegeven maten en specificaties.
  • Je controleert tussendoor of afmetingen en afwerking correct zijn.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen op en past waar nodig de instellingen aan.
  • Je zorgt dat jouw werkpost ordelijk en veilig blijft.
  • Je volgde een technische opleiding of bouwde relevante ervaring op in de praktijk.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt kennis van metaalbewerking en begrijpt hoe plooiwerk wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Je kan een machine zelfstandig instellen en jouw eigen werk controleren.
  • Je spreekt en leest voldoende Nederlands om technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct te begrijpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met maten en technische specificaties.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de onderdelen die je produceert.
