Jouw belangrijkste missie

Bij PLUO is de Project Manager de orkestleider van de standbouw.

Jouw rol bestaat erin een gevalideerd commercieel concept om te zetten in een concrete, technisch haalbare, rendabele en perfect uitgevoerde realisatie op locatie.

Je coördineert alle technische stappen van het project — ontwikkeling, productie, voorraadvoorbereiding, logistiek, montage en demontage — volgens de PLUO-methoden.

Je dagelijkse collega's zijn: de commerciële teams, het studiebureau, de productie, de logistiek, evenals externe partners en organisatoren van beurzen en tentoonstellingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

De projectconstructie aansturen

  • Je coördineert één of meerdere standprojecten, van commerciële validatie tot debriefing na de bouw.
  • Je garandeert de naleving van deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen.
  • Je anticipeert op risico's en implementeert de nodige corrigerende maatregelen.

Projecten technisch voorbereiden

  • Je analyseert de plannen, gevalideerde offertes en technische beperkingen.
  • Je bereidt bestellingen, leveringen en de verschillende benodigde lijsten voor het project voor.
  • Je verzekert de technische haalbaarheid van de overwogen oplossingen.

Teams en partners coördineren

  • Je bent de schakel tussen de verkopers, het studiebureau, de productie, de logistiek en de montageteams.
  • Je coördineert leveranciers, onderaannemers en externe partijen.
  • Je zorgt voor contact met de organisator en een opvolging van risicobeoordelingen, werkmethoden en goedkeuring van plannen.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede informatiestroom gedurende het hele project.

Operationele activiteiten opvolgen

  • Je begeleidt de teams tijdens de montage- en demontagefasen.
  • Je voert bouwdebriefings uit en analyseert de rentabiliteit van de projecten.
  • Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van onze methoden en processen.
