Wij zetten leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften centraal. Zo gaan we samen met de leerkracht, op zoek naar de ondersteuning die zowel de leerling, als de leerkracht en liefst de volledige klas vooruithelpt. We focussen hierbij op fase 2 en 3 van het zorgcontinuüm. Elke leersteun moet voelbaar zijn tot op de klasvloer. Aan de hand van de principes van UDL (universal design for learning) zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen mee kan dansen! En dat zowel in basis, als secundair onderwijs in regio Dendermonde, Lokeren, Wetteren, Puurs-Sint-Amands, Temse, Beveren, Sint-Niklaas, Asse, Gent.

👉 Wil jij werken in regio Waasland en ligt je expertise bij leerlingen met leer- en/of taalstoornissen? Hou je van de doelgroep 12+ jarigen?

Dat doe je trouwens vanuit jouw expertise en talent, maar doe je niet alleen. Achter elke leerondersteuner staat een fijne bende Positief IncLUSieve collega’s van Leersteuncentrum Plus². En een netwerk met interne en externe partners (CLB, pedagogische begeleidingsdienst, welzijnspartners, …).

Jouw kennis en ervaring krijgt een plaats in ons multidisciplinair team, waardoor we een zo breed mogelijke expertise kunnen inzetten op onze scholen. Samen maximaliseren we onze kwaliteit door reflectie, overleg en professionalisering.

  • Je bent Positief ingesteld. En al helemaal als het gaat over incLUSief onderwijs.
  • Je bent sterk in oplossingsgericht handelen: tussen de moeilijkheden, zie jij de mogelijkheden.
  • Werken in verschillende scholen in de regio Waasland is voor jou een kans. Variatie troef!
  • Je hebt een diploma én expertise als leerkracht of in een paramedische discipline (logopedie, orthopedagogie, psychologie, ergotherapie, kinesitherapie,…)
  • Een lerarendiploma is geen must, maar wel een plus.
  • Ervaring daarentegen is onmisbaar.
  • Ook kennis en/of vaardigheden in het omgaan met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften is een plus.
  • Je neemt initiatief, kan zelfstandig werken en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Maar uiteindelijk dans je nooit alleen en geeft het samenwerken met alle betrokken partners jou een boost!
