Het programma kent hoge tijdsdruk, technische en organisatorische complexiteit en werkt iteratief met meerdere werkstromen (dataplatform, netwerken, sensoren/effectoren, governance en invoering). In de opstart- en realisatiefase is aanvullende programmatische slagkracht nodig om de dagelijkse aansturing, afstemming met betrokken partijen en voorbereiding van besluitvorming te borgen. Daarom wordt een plaatsvervangend lead Morrígan ingehuurd ter ondersteuning van de programmamanager, zodat de uitvoering van Morrígan 1 beheerst, voortvarend en in samenhang met andere defensietrajecten kan plaatsvinden. Opdracht Morrígan is het programma waarmee het CLAS op korte termijn, datagedreven werken in de operatie doorontwikkeld en borgt. Voor het programma hebben we met spoed een plaatsvervangend projectleider nodig om het programma verder vorm te geven. Verantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse sturing, afstemming en voortgangsbewaking van het programma. functionaris ondersteunt de programmamanager bij de sturing, coördinatie en uitvoering van Morrígan 1. De opdracht is gericht op het borgen van samenhang tussen planning, governance, inhoudelijke werkstromen en stakeholderafstemming, zodat het programma beheerst, voortvarend en resultaatgericht kan worden uitgevoerd. De functionaris draagt bij aan de voorbereiding van besluitvorming, de bewaking van voortgang, risico's en afhankelijkheden, en aan de realisatie van de programmadoelstellingen binnen tijd, scope en randvoorwaarden.
