25 jaar betrokken bij personeel & arbeid Referentie: HLS-V19602 publieke organisatie tbv gezondheid en veiligheid. Op dit moment zet een grote groep mensen in de programmaorganisatie COVID-19 zich met man en macht in om het Coronavirus onder controle te krijgen. Deze programmaorganisatie ondersteunt de regionale GGD'en in de opgave om COVID-19 beheersbaar te houden, door besmettingen snel te detecteren en passende maatregelen te nemen om verspreiding te voorkomen. Beschrijving functie Als PMO/Projectmanager binnen de LCCB en binnen het team IP&K ben jij zowel de rechterhand van de projectmanagers als een zelfstandig onderdeel van het projectenteam. Samen met hen draag je zorg voor zowel het lange- als korte termijn perspectief waarin we Nederland vaccineren en stapsgewijs toewerken naar een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het slimmer uitnodigen van burgers, slimmere processen op de priklocaties, het helpen bij het verbeteren van de klantreizen en toepassing van nieuwe technieken bij het optrekken van spuiten met vaccin. Daarnaast ondersteun je het team IP&K met allerlei taken zoals agendabeheer, het bijhouden van een besluitenlijst en risico management. Waar nodig spring je in bij ad-hoc vraagstukken. Tegelijkertijd ben je ook deel-verantwoordelijk voor de projecten waar je aan werkt. Deze projecten doe je samen met de operatie en de verschillende stakeholders (VWS, RIVM, GGD'en). Met al die verschillende taken en projecten waar je bij betrokken bent is het uiteraard belangrijk dat je het leuk vindt om samen te werken. Je bent een spin in het web en krijgt energie van het structureren en kloppend krijgen van de organisatie.
