Je start via detachering, met de intentie om daarna in vaste dienst te komen. Zo ervaar je eerst of het past, en bouw je daarna gewoon door aan wat je zelf hebt neergezet. Over de rol Jij komt binnen op een moment waarop keuzes gemaakt worden. Bij een landelijk kennisinstituut in de publieke sector wordt het PMO doorontwikkeld naar een volwaardig P3O: een office voor portfolio's, programma's én projecten. Dat betekent invloed. Niet alleen uitvoeren, maar ook meedenken over hoe het beter kan. De IV-organisatie voert projecten en programma's uit voor uiteenlopende klanten, zowel voor nieuwe als bestaande dienstverlening. Ook portfoliomanagement en capaciteitsmanagement worden verder vormgegeven. Genoeg te doen dus, en jij staat aan de basis. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van projecten, programma's en portfolio's binnen de IV-organisatie - Het PMO professionaliseren en doorontwikkelen richting een P3O - Een voorstel opstellen voor de organisatie- en procesinrichting rondom projecten, programma's en portfolio's - Tools en methodologieën implementeren en beheren die de kwaliteit van projectresultaten borgen - Bijdragen aan de verdere vormgeving van portfolio- en capaciteitsmanagement - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht en continuïteit na het vertrek van de huidige PMO Lead Wat neem je mee? Je bent gestructureerd en koersvast, maar voelt ook goed aan wat wel en niet werkt binnen een organisatie. Meningen deel je constructief, ook als dat spannend is. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Een hbo- of wo-diploma en affiniteit met IT - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een PMO-functie of vergelijkbare rol - Meerdere relevante PMO-certificeringen (bijvoorbeeld P3O) en de bereidheid om je kennis...
