Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jobomschrijving

Als PMO Manager ondersteun je de organisatie bij het realiseren van haar strategische doelstellingen door het opzetten, coördineren en optimaliseren van een matuur en uniform project-, product- en programmabeheer. In deze context fungeer je als spilfiguur tussen de verschillende betrokken actoren (directie, decentrale PMO’s, experten, projectmanagers, sponsors,…).

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Het portfoliobeheer coördineren. • Een gestandaardiseerde projectmethodologie (PRINCE2, Agile,…) opzetten en onderhouden, inclusief samenwerking met de IT- en DATA-diensten voor een geïntegreerde aanpak. • Decentrale PMO’s, IT Coordinators van de diensten, projectmanagers en sponsors ondersteunen bij de identificatie, voorbereiding, uitvoering en afsluiting van projecten. • Projectselectie, prioritering en capaciteitsplanning faciliteren. • KPI’s, rapportering en dashboards opvolgen voor de directie en voor de verschillende diensten indien nodig. • Een Community of Practice organiseren voor projectmanagers, product owners en PMO’s van de diensten. • Processen voor change control en risicobeheer begeleiden op portfolioniveau. • De link met Enterprise Architecture en Business Process Management -initiatieven onderhouden.

• Je hebt een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig en beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie bij voorkeur in een overheidscontext. • Je hebt een grondige kennis van projectmethodologieën (PRINCE2, Agile,…) en ervaring in change management (bij voorkeur ProSci). • Je beschikt over sterke technologische vaardigheden en hebt ervaring in het gebruik en de implementatie van een PPM-tool (inclusief user adoption). • Je sterke analytische en synthetiserende vaardigheden laten je toe om strategische lijnen te vertalen in concrete acties. • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. • Je hebt vermogen om te coachen, te verbinden en verandering te begeleiden. • Je beheerst goed het Frans en Nederlands.
