Talen Freelance PMO / Project Coördinator (Finance & ERP implementatie) Regio Amsterdam Geplaatst op: 02-10-2026 Voor een van onze internationale relaties in de entertainment industrie (BU Benelux) in de regio Amsterdam, komen wij graag in contact met een Freelance PMO / Project Coördinator die voor finance een implementatietraject van S4HANA kan begeleiden. De start is per direct, circa 32u per week, merendeels op kantoor. Deze opdracht is voor circa 7 maanden. De opdracht Voor een lopende ERP-implementatie (S4HANA) zoeken we een hands-on PMO / Project Consultant die fungeert als centrale trechter en verbindende schakel tussen het internationale implementatieteam en het lokale Finance team. De belangrijkste doelstelling is om het Finance team zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen en ervoor te zorgen dat vragen, acties en deliverables gestructureerd, geprioriteerd en tijdig worden opgepakt. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Centraal aanspreekpunt tussen het internationale ERP-implementatieteam en het lokale Financeteam. - Alle binnenkomende vragen, acties en verzoeken structureren, filteren en prioriteren. - Bewaken van planning, deadlines, afhankelijkheden en deliverables richting go-live. - Actief najagen van openstaande acties en zorgen dat afspraken worden nagekomen. - Coördineren wie binnen Finance waarvoor nodig is en voorkomen dat het team onnodig wordt belast. - Voorbereiden en structureren van meetings, actielijsten, besluiten en voortgang. - Signaleren en tijdig escaleren van knelpunten, risico's en ontbrekende besluitvorming. - Waar nodig zelf zaken oppakken en oplossen: een pragmatische "manusje-van-alles" binnen het implementatieproject. - Overzicht creëren en behouden in een dynamische omgeving met meerdere stakeholders en prioriteiten. - Ondersteunen van de organisatie richting een beheerste en tijdige go-live over circa 7 maanden.
