Vanwege de groei van onze praktijk, uitbreiding van locaties en nieuwe projecten zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Podotherapeut die ons team komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Als podotherapeut bij Voetencentrum Flipse begeleid je cliënten met uiteenlopende voet-, houdings- en bewegingsgerelateerde klachten. Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens je spreekuren, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van podotherapeuten, orthopedisch schoentechnologen, pedicures en ondersteunende collega's. Samen zoeken we naar de beste oplossing voor iedere cliënt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het onderzoeken, behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten - Het aanmeten en evalueren van podotherapeutische hulpmiddelen - Het opstellen van behandelplannen en rapportages - Het onderhouden van contacten met huisartsen, specialisten en andere verwijzers - Het deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire samenwerkingen - Het bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering en innovatie binnen de praktijk Wij geloven dat een goede podotherapeut meer te bieden heeft dan alleen patiëntenzorg. Daarom stimuleren we collega's om zich naast hun spreekuren bezig te houden met onderwerpen die zij interessant vinden. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Preventieve voetzorg - Wondzorg en diabetische voetproblematiek - Sportpodotherapie - Onderwijs en scholing - Kwaliteitsontwikkeling - Innovatie en productontwikkeling - Samenwerking met zorggroepen en andere zorgverleners Juist omdat we als organisatie blijven groeien, zoeken we nieuwe collega's die meehelpen om de spreekuren te verzorgen, zodat iedereen ruimte houdt voor ontwikkeling en projecten naast de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg.
