The posting

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanbrengen van hoogwaardige poedercoatings op diverse metalen onderdelen.

• Je controleert onderdelen op reinheid, oppervlaktekwaliteit en geschiktheid voor coating.

• Je stelt spuitinstallaties, spuitcabines en bijhorende apparatuur correct in en onderhoudt deze.

• Je brengt poedercoatings aan volgens technische specificaties, kwaliteitsnormen en productieplanning.

• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op je eigen werk en corrigeert afwijkingen tijdig.

• Je bereidt onderdelen voor het coatingproces, zoals afdoppen en maskeren van kritische zones.

• Je herstelt, schuurt en herwerkt onderdelen die niet voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen.

• Je zorgt dat producten correct zijn opgehangen voor een optimale coatingkwaliteit.

• Je stelt de juiste oventijden en temperaturen in en volgt deze op.

• Je beheert het poederverbruik en registreert voorraadwijzigingen.

• Je signaleert bestelbehoeften en gaat verantwoord om met grondstoffen, energie en afvalstromen.

• Je houdt de werkplaats ordelijk, netjes en veilig.

• Je raadpleegt de productieplanning en het ERP-systeem voor de juiste kleur- en productvereisten.

• Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en communiceert hierover met de ploegverantwoordelijke.

• Je volgt en stelt productiebalken in binnen het productieproces.

• Je hebt ervaring als poedercoater, industrieel schilder of in een gelijkaardige productieomgeving.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.

• Je bent technisch aangelegd en leert snel nieuwe processen aan.

• Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.

• Je hebt een sterk veiligheids- en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

• Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.

• Ploegenwerk is voor jou geen probleem.

• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Engels.
