Voor onze klant, een specialist in het poederlakken van aluminium, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde poederlakker die bereid is te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Je komt terecht in een moderne, recent opgerichte vestiging met een gloednieuwe en geavanceerde lakstraat. Naast kwaliteit en innovatie zet het bedrijf sterk in op duurzaam ondernemen. Zo wordt er gewerkt in een gesloten watercircuit via een verdamper, waardoor er geen afvalwater wordt geloosd, en worden aluminiumonderdelen volledig chroomvrij behandeld.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw taken als poederlakker: Je zorgt ervoor dat aluminium profielen kwalitatief en volgens de vooropgestelde normen worden gelakt. Je bewaakt het volledige spuitproces en zorgt ervoor dat de installatie optimaal blijft functioneren.

  • Aluminium profielen kwalitatief en nauwkeurig lakken;
  • Instellen, controleren en onderhouden van de spuitapparatuur;
  • Het spuitproces opvolgen en actief meewerken aan optimalisaties;
  • De nodige administratie correct en nauwkeurig verwerken;
  • Afwijkingen of problemen tijdig signaleren;
  • Rapporteren aan de productieleider.

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een productie-omgeving
  • Je bent punctueel en betrouwbaar
  • Je bent beschikbaar om in twee ploegen te werken
