Als poederlakker ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken;

  • Voorbereiden van metalen onderdelen voor het lakproces (reinigen, ontvetten, ophangen, maskeren)
  • Aanbrengen van poederlak met behulp van manuele of automatische spuitinstallaties
  • Controleren van laagdikte, hechting en kwaliteit van de laklaag
  • Instellen en bedienen van de poederlakinstallatie en eventuele ovens
  • Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking volgens kleur- en afwerkingsspecificaties
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Uitvoeren van visuele controles en kleine retouches indien nodig
  • Onderhouden en reinigen van lakcabines en spuitapparatuur
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van andere afdelingen (bv. voorbereiding, kwaliteitscontrole, verpakking)
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van het lakproces en de werkorganisatie

Het bedrijf levert maatwerkoplossingen op het gebied van CNC-verspaning, laswerken en oppervlaktebehandelingen, waaronder poedercoaten en natlakken. Dankzij een combinatie van moderne technologie, technische expertise en vakmanschap biedt het duurzame en kwalitatieve oplossingen voor uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals machinebouw, constructie en de hightechindustrie.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als lakker of poederlakker, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving
  • Technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (vroege/late), indien nodig
  • Leergierig en bereid om nieuwe technieken en taken aan te leren
  • Teamspeler met een positieve werkhouding
  • Sociaalvaardig en vlot in de omgang met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
