Voor een metaalverwerkend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren poederlakker. De vacature wordt vanaf november opnieuw actief opengesteld.

Als poederlakker sta je in voor het correct en kwalitatief uitvoeren van het volledige poederlakproces. Je werkt zelfstandig aan de installatie en zorgt ervoor dat de gelakte stukken voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bedient en stelt de poederlakinstallatie zelfstandig in.
  • Je hangt metalen onderdelen correct op en neemt ze na het lakproces af.
  • Je voert waar nodig manuele bijspuitwerken uit.
  • Je controleert de gelakte stukken op kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Je let op een correcte dekking, kleur en afwerking en detecteert eventuele fouten.
  • Je voert kleine correcties uit waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking binnen het team.
  • Je hebt relevante praktijkervaring als poederlakker of binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een poederlakinstallatie bedienen en instellen.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt vlot samen met collega's.
  • Ervaring binnen de metaalproductie is een pluspunt.
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet noodzakelijk: praktijkervaring en technische kennis zijn belangrijker.
