FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant met een gevestigde naam in de industriële toelevering van mechanische componenten en assemblages, zijn wij dringend opzoek naar een competente én gemotiveerde poederlakker.

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING :

  • Onderdelen en eindproducten poederlakken, volgens de opgegeven specificaties van de oppervlaktedeklaag;
  • De lakvolgorde bepalen om de kleurenwissels te beperken;
  • Tips geven over een correcte ophanging van de werkstukken aan de ketting;
  • De poederlakstraat correct opstarten en waken over de juiste instelling van de parameters en pistolen;
  • De toestand van de werkstukken controleren;
  • Manueel bij poederen waar nodig;
  • Zorgen voor een correcte reinigingsprocedure;
  • Na feedback eventuele kwaliteitsproblemen corrigeren;
  • Indien nodig slijtdelen vervangen in het kader van preventief onderhoud op de poederlakinstallatie;
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid op de werkpost.
