Je weet wat je doet als poederlakker. Geen uitleg nodig over hoe belangrijk voorbereiding en afwerking zijn. In deze job zorg jij ervoor dat metalen stukken niet alleen beschermd zijn, maar er ook gewoon strak uitzien.

Je start je dag met het voorbereiden van onderdelen: controleren, reinigen en klaarzetten. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het poedercoaten zelf. Je stelt de installatie correct in en volgt het proces op zodat elk stuk voldoet aan de gevraagde kwaliteit.

Tijdens de dag hou je een oog op het eindresultaat. Zie je afwijkingen? Dan stuur je bij. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in productie en zorgt dat alles vlot doorloopt.

Daarnaast help je mee met het ophangen, afnemen en verpakken van de stukken. Ook het basisonderhoud van de lakinstallatie hoort erbij. Geen bandwerk, wel een job waar je technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidszin echt het verschil maken.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele, groeiende KMO binnen metaalbewerking waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan snelheid alleen.

  • Technisch inzicht en feeling met metaal
  • Oog voor detail en afwerking
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook in team willen meedraaien
