Als poli-assistent ondersteun je niet alleen patiënten, maar ook je collega's, zoals medisch specialisten en mede poli-assistenten. Zo ondersteun je bijvoorbeeld de arts bij het uitvoeren van medische behandelingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij houdt het overzicht, ook als het druk is. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt; van voorbereiden van de behandelkamer tot afronding van spreekuren. Als de patiënten met een goed gevoel naar huis gaan, ben jij tevreden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Voorbereiden van spreekuren, begeleiden van patiënten en afhandelen van consulten. - Vervolgafspraken inplannen en beantwoorden van zorg gerelateerde vragen. - Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken: 's ochtends begeleid je patiënten, 's middags plan je afspraken of neem je de telefoon op. Wat vragen wij? - Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4, zoals doktersassistent of vergelijkbaar. - Je weet altijd het overzicht te bewaren, ook als het druk is. Prioriteiten stellen gaat je natuurlijk af. - Je krijgt energie van samenwerken: uitdagingen die je tegenkomt tijdens je werkdag pak je samen met collega's zorgvuldig én met een glimlach aan. - Gastvrijheid is je tweede naam. Als poli-assistent ben jij het visitekaartje van de afdeling. - Je haalt energie uit je vak en vindt het leuk om verder te kijken en denkt graag mee over oplossingen of optimalisaties. Een actieve bijdrage hierin wordt gestimuleerd.
