Samen met de Manager OK, de Clinic Manager en de Medisch Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en het optimaal functioneren van de kliniek. Je geeft leiding op operationeel en tactisch niveau en werkt nauw samen met collega-managers van andere Bergman Clinics Ogen-klinieken in het land. Samen met jouw collega's en het artsenteam zet je je in om van de kliniek een Great Place to Work te maken en tegelijkertijd de beste zorg aan onze patiënten te leveren. Wat ga je doen? Als Polimanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de polikliniek in Doetinchem. Je stuurt het paramedisch team en het front- en backofficeteam aan. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medisch specialisten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met HR-gerelateerde taken en tactische vraagstukken, zoals budgetten. Je hebt een verbindende rol tussen cliënten, medewerkers en de centrale ondersteunende afdelingen in de organisatie.
