The posting

Als Policy & Stakeholder Advisor draag je bij aan de inhoudelijke, organisatorische en strategische werking van de vereniging.

Je volgt ontwikkelingen op die relevant zijn voor onze sector, ondersteunt werkgroepen en overlegplatformen, helpt standpunten voorbereiden en werkt mee aan projecten die onze leden ondersteunen en de sector versterken.

Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en het team, je werkt initiatieven uit en neemt dossiers zelfstandig op.

Geen enkele week of dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. De ene dag analyseer je een nieuwe wetgeving of bereid je een overleg met stakeholders voor, de andere dag organiseer je een workshop voor leden, werk je mee aan een opleidingstraject of ondersteun je een initiatief rond jong talent.

Je hoeft geen expert in verzekeringen te zijn, maar je hebt wel de ambitie om de sector grondig te leren kennen.

Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten of beschikt over relevante professionele ervaring die aansluit bij de inhoud van de functie. Een achtergrond in rechten, economie, financiën, beleid, compliance of financiële dienstverlening is een troef.

Belangrijker is dat je:

  • vlot communiceert in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en complexe informatie snel kan verwerken en structureren;
  • affiniteit hebt met juridische, compliance- of regelgevingsvraagstukken;
  • meerdere projecten tegelijk kan opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen;
  • initiatief neemt en eigenaarschap toont voor de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat;
  • nauwkeurig werkt en hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden hanteert;
  • integer, betrouwbaar en discreet bent;
  • je comfortabel voelt in contacten met senior professionals, bedrijfsleiders, beleidsmakers en andere externe stakeholders;
  • graag samenwerkt, maar ook zelfstandig dossiers en projecten kan opnemen;
  • flexibel bent en energie haalt uit een omgeving waar taken en prioriteiten kunnen evolueren.
