Für unsere Tiefbaustellen im Tiroler Oberland suchen wir eine*n erfahrene*n Polier*in. 2 Polier(e)innen Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Du organisierst und koordinierst den täglichen Baustellenablauf.

* Du führst deine Mannschaft.

* Du stellst eine fachgerechte, termintreue und wirtschaftliche Ausführung sicher.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Bauleitung, Auftraggebern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bau- oder Tiefbaubereich

* idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung als Polierin, Vorarbeiterin oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent

* eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
