Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach Mitarbeiter_innen in folgendem Bereich: 1 Polier_in Vollzeit / 39 Stundenwoche

Am Standort in Hagenberg

ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbstständige Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Gartengestaltungsprojekten, Dach- und Fassadenbegrünungen

* Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen im Bereich der Gartengestaltung

* Führung eines Teams vor Ort

* Erstellung und Pflege von Stundenaufzeichnungen sowie Tagesberichten des Baustellenpersonals

* Massenermittlung des benötigten Materials und Koordination der Materiallieferungen und Rückführungen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung

* Durchführung von Betonierarbeiten und Bau von Naturpools

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner_in oder -gestalter_in

* Meisterausbildung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Naturpoolbau

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Gartenbau und bei Pflanzen

* Bereitschaft zu Montagetätigkeiten

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen (z. B. Fräse, Motorsäge, Kleinbagger)

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Fachbegriffen

* Kommunikatives, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Genauigkeit und Selbstständigkeit

* Kreativität, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der Teamarbeit

* Bereitschaft zu saisonbedingten Überstunden

* Führerschein der Klasse B, Führerschein E zu B von Vorteil
