Zur Verstärkung unseres Verwaltungsteams suchen wir eine_n motivierte_n und gewissenhafte_n 1 Polier_in - Hochbau Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle

* Erfassung von Arbeitsleistungen, Aufmaße und Erstellung der Stunden- und Bautagesberichte

* Koordination der Personal-, Material- und Gerätebeschaffung in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten

* Baustellenkoordination

* Kontrolle einer fach- und auftragsgerechten Bauausführung inklusive Einhaltung von Zeitplänen

* Vorbereitung und fachgerechte Abwicklung von Baustellen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung

* Polier-/Bauhandwerkerschule von Vorteil

* einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

* selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* freundlicher Umgang mit Kund_innenen, Lieferant_innen, Projektpartner_innenn

* EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Führerschein B
