Unser Partner ist ein regional verwurzeltes Bauunternehmen im Lungau mit einem Ruf für qualitativ hochwertige Bauprojekte. 1 Polier_in im Hochbau Als Polier übernehmen Sie die operative Verantwortung für Ihre Baustelle, organisieren und wickeln Hochbauprojekte eigenständig ab und führen Ihre Baustellenmannschaft.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 39 Std./Woche, abwechselnd kurze/lange Woche, geregelte Arbeitszeiten entsprechend dem Baustellenbetrieb, keine Schichtarbeit, ganzjährige Beschäftigung mit Urlaub in den Wintermonaten, Überstunden werden abgegolten bzw. für den Winter aufgespart

Vergütung: nach Bau-Kollektivvertrag, orientiert an Erfahrung, Qualifikation & Verantwortungsbereich, ca. € 5.000 bis € 6.300 brutto/Monat zzgl. Diäten & Prämien

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Organisation & Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten

* Führung & Motivation der Baustellenmannschaft

* Koordination von Nachunternehmern & Lieferanten

* Überwachung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit & Baufortschritt

* Materialdisposition

* Abstimmung mit Bauleitung & Auftraggebern

* Dokumentation des Baufortschritts

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Polierausbildung im Bauwesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau erwünscht

* Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Führung von Baustellen

* Führerschein B
