Wir erweitern unser Team zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt an unserem Standort LINZ und bieten eine Vollzeitposition als: 4 Polier_in, Vorarbeiter_in, Facharbeiter_in, Hilfsarbeiter_in, Baggerfahrer_in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben, die Sie erfolgreich meistern:

* Eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste Abwicklung von Projekten bzw. aktive Beteiligung in den Projekten

* Eigenverantwortliches Führen der Partie bzw. motivierte Mitarbeit innerhalb der Partie

Ihre Qualifikationen, für das Team:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildungen bzw. erste Branchenkenntnisse, mit der Bereitschaft sich einzuarbeiten und in den Tätigkeiten zu wachsen

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Städtischer Leitungsbau vorzugweise Fernwärme

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Arbeit im Freien

* Organisation von Klein- und Mittelbaustellen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

* Selbstständiges, zuverl. und organisiertes Arb. mit Hands-On Mentalität und handwerkliches Geschick

* Führungsqualität zur Koordination von Mitarbeitern und Hilfskräften bzw. Teamkompetenzen innerhalb der Partie

* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B, C, F
