Für die Abteilungen Hoch- und Tiefbau suchen wir motivierte 1 Polier_in / Vorarbeiter_in Hoch- und Tiefbau Deine Aufgaben

* Führung, Einteilung und Aufsicht von unterstellten Mitarbeitern und externen Subunternehmen

* Unterstützung des Bauleiters vor Ort

* Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Baustelle während den Bauarbeiten

* Führung der Aufzeichnungen und Dokumentation auf der Baustelle

* Überwachung der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Baudurchführung

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Polierschule oder bautechnische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Hoch- oder Tiefbau von Vorteil

* mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Polier:in oder Vorarbeiter:in

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Umsetzungsstärke

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
