Wir sind ein mittelständiges Bauunternehmen, dass sich im exklusiven Wohnbau (Bauträgerprojekte) und im massiven Einfamilien-Wohnhausbau am Markt etabliert hat.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 2 Polier_innen ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL UND BERUFLICHE KOMPETENZEN

+ Abgeschlossene Polierausbildung

+ Erfahrung/Praxis in den Fachbereichen Hoch- und Tiefbau

+ Technisches Verständnis

+ Arbeit mit Bauplänen

+ Baustellenkoordination

+ Führungsqualitäten

+ Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

+ Erste Hilfe Kenntnisse

AUFGABENBEREICHE:

+ Fachgerechte Errichtung von Bauwerken und Bauwerksteilen aus verschieden Baumaterialien bzw.

Fertigbauteilen im Hoch- und Tiefbau.

+ Koordinierung und Steuerung von Mitarbeiter_innen und Subunternehmern

+ Arbeit nach und mit technischen Unterlagen wie Bauzeichnungen, Plänen und Skizzen

+ Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung

+ Dokumentation der Arbeiten
