Zur Verstärkung in der Niederlassung Lienz suchen wir 1 Polier (m/w/d) Hochbau Job Nr: 304996

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Termingerechte und kostenbewusste Abwicklung von Baustellen

* Disposition von Personal und Maschinen in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten

* Materialdisposition

* Erfassung von Arbeitsleitungen, Maschineneinsatz und Aufmaßen

* Führung und Motivation sämtlicher Mitarbeiter_innen

* Fachgerechte Durchführung von Bauarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

DEIN ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Hoch-, Tief- oder Betonbau

* Erfolgreiche Weiterbildung zum Polier

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

* Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Fähigkeit zu Mitarbeiter_innenführung und Motivation
