* fachgerechte Ausführung und Umsetzung unserer Tiefbauprojekte

* Planung, Organisation und Überwachung mehrerer Baustellen

* Führung, Einteilung und Aufsicht von unterstellten Mitarbeitern und Subunternehmern

* Führung von Aufzeichnungen und Dokumentation auf der Baustelle

* Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Unfallverhütungsvorschriften

* Einteilung der Geräte (Fremd- und Eigengeräte)

* professioneller Umgang mit Vermessungsgeräten

* Unterstützung des Bauleiters vor Ort

* Einsatzgebiete: vorwiegend Salzburg, Oberösterreich

Qualifikationen

* abgeschlossene Polierausbildung

* einschlägige Praxis als Polier (m/w/d) erwünscht

* gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft und örtliche Flexibilität

* Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, guter Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeiter_innen

* Führerschein B erforderlich

* Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit, Pünktlichkeit
