Polijster RVS Als polijster RVS zorg je voor de perfecte afwerking van het RVS op onze superjachten. Het werk als polijster is zichtwerk. In onze RVS werkplaats produceren wij onder andere railingwerk, bolders, trappen en ankerbakken. De werkzaamheden worden van tekening gerealiseerd waarbij in de uitvoering verschillinde bewerkingstechnieken worden toegepast van buigen, lassen, monteren tot en met slijpen en polijsten. Je hebt - een opleiding in de techniek - interesse en ervaring in het bewerken van RVS producten; - technisch inzicht en groot gevoel voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Je herkent jezelf in de volgende punten: punctueel en resultaatgericht, loyaal, ordelijk, woonachtig omgeving Monnickendam (straal 30 km), dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Ons aanbod: - Een goed salaris, ingeschaald boven loongebouw van de cao Metalektro en afhankelijk van jouw ervaring - Stabiele toekomst: Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Riante vrije dagen: Bij fulltime dienstverband ontvang je maar liefst 40 vrije dagen per jaar (27 vakantiedagen + 104 ADV uren). De ADV uren zijn deels vastgesteld op vrijdagmiddag 1 uur, vrijdag na Hemelvaart en dagen tussen Kerst en Nieuwjaar. - Aantrekkelijke extra's: Naast 8% vakantiegeld ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 1,5 % plus een continuïteitsbonus van € 250,00 bij geen ziekteverzuim - Goed geregeld voor later:- Een solide pensioenregeling via PME en mogelijkheid voor aanvullende verzekering bij arbeidsongeschiktheid conform CAO Metalektro met gedeelde premiebijdrage door Hakvoort - Reiskostenvergoeding: gebaseerd op tarief van openbaar vervoer (maximaal € 9,50 per dag) - Persoonlijke groei: Hakvoort biedt mogelijkheden tot verder ontwikkelen gebaseerd op een individueel samen te stellen opleidingsplan.
