Voor onze poliklinieken zijn wij op zoek naar POLIKLINIEK MEDEWERKERS (gediplomeerd doktersassistent) voor 24 tot 36 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als polikliniekmedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in de zorg en werk je mee aan de vernieuwing van onze dynamische polikliniek. Je zet je in voor een zo goed mogelijk verloop van de spreekuren van de artsen, Verpleegkundig Specialisten en verpleegkundigen. Je doet triage, zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding, ontvangt en begeleidt de patiënten en coördineert de processen en patiëntenstromen. Met veel inlevingsvermogen en gastvriendelijkheid begeleid en informeer jij alle patiënten die met onze poli te maken krijgen. Je bent het visitekaartje van de poli! Belangrijk zijn de medische handelingen die je verricht: je assisteert bij de zorg voor de patiënt. Denk aan assistentie bij poliklinische OK's of behandelingen, maar ook wondzorg of het voorbereiden van injecties. Ook komt het voor dat je mee helpt met de diagnostiek op de poliklinieken. Het verschilt per poli wat onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden valt. Maar er is meer, veel meer! In deze rol krijg je namelijk de ruimte om naast je vaste takenpakket je eigen functie verder vorm te geven en je breder in te zetten.
