Logo Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis Vacature Polikliniekmedewerker Oncologie en Hematologie Op de polikliniek Oncologie en Hematologie ontstaat een vacature voor een Polikliniekmedewerker voor 24 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als doktersassistent op de polikliniek Hematologie en Oncologie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten. Met dit eerste contact maak jij het verschil: je biedt een luisterend oor voor patiënten die het moeilijk hebben. Met veel inlevingsvermogen en gastvrijheid ontvang en begeleid je de patiënten en je coördineert de poliklinische processen Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning van het spreekuur zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt en voert telefonische triage uit. Daarnaast ondersteun je een trialspreekuur, de ondersteuning omvat onder andere het meten van vitale lichaamsfuncties, ECG maken en het afnemen van vragenlijsten. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met hematologen, oncologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, oncologieverpleegkundigen en trombose verpleegkundige en samen zorg je voor de beste zorg. Deelname aan projecten cq ontwikkelingen wordt absoluut gestimuleerd. Heb je goede ideeën en voorstellen, deel die met het team. Als polikliniek assistenten team ben je in de lead! Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt het diploma doktersassistent of medisch secretaresse, diploma ziekenverzorger of verpleegkundige; - Ervaring met de computer; - Het vermogen zeer goed te kunnen organiseren; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Het vermogen om met een eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen een team te kunnen werken; - Stressbestendigheid, flexibele inzet en inlevingsvermogen; - Je staat open voor patiënten met psychosociale problematiek. Wat bieden wij? - De functie is ingedeeld in FWG 35 (maximaal € 3.724,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week).Inschaling is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
