Als Polisbeheerder Particulieren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en correct beheren van particuliere verzekeringsdossiers. Je zorgt voor een professionele dienstverlening en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Naast een sterke administratieve opvolging heb je ook oog voor commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantrelaties.

  • Beheren en opvolgen van particuliere verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z
  • Verwerken van aanvragen, wijzigingen, opzeggingen en administratieve verrichtingen
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van dossiers in de verschillende systemen
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van particuliere klanten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier
  • Adviseren van klanten over hun bestaande verzekeringsportefeuille
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en bijkomende verzekeringsnoden
  • Actief bijdragen aan een optimale bescherming van de klant door aanvullende oplossingen voor te stellen
  • Opvolgen van leads en opportuniteiten binnen de bestaande klantenportefeuille
  • Promoten van digitale toepassingen en selfservice-oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratie conform compliance- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Samenwerken met collega's, schadebeheerders, relatiebeheerders en bancaire partners
  • Bewaken van doorlooptijden en kwaliteit van dienstverlening
  • Bachelor diploma is vereist
  • Reeds in het bezit van PCP-certificering
  • Ervaring binnen verzekeringen, bankwezen of financiële dienstverlening is een sterke troef
  • Sterk administratief en organisatorisch ingesteld
  • Vlot kunnen werken met CRM-systemen en digitale toepassingen
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Klantgericht met een professionele communicatiestijl
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en oog voor opportuniteiten
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met respect voor procedures
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Frans en Engels zijn uitzonderlijk nodig, maar basiskennis is een plus
  • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin
