Van koken en gisten tot het distilleren van jenever, het ambachtelijke stookproces bij Filliers beschikt over het vakmanschap van 5 generaties meesterstokers en komt zo tot de meest exquise jenevers, gin, advocaat en moutwijn.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, een familiale KMO in Deinze, zijn we op zoek naar een Polyvalent Medewerker Logistiek & Productie.

Als Polyvalent Medewerker Logistiek & Productie zorg je mee voor een efficiënte goederenstroom, een correcte magazijnorganisatie en de tijdige bevoorrading van de productie. Je staat dus in voor orderverwerking, goederenontvangst, voorraadbeheer en de tijdige bevoorrading van de productielijnen.

Daarnaast ben je polyvalent inzetbaar binnen de bottelarij en spring je waar nodig bij als operator.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen logistiek en productie en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Magazijn & logistiek

  • Bestellingen correct en tijdig klaarzetten aan de hand van werkbonnen en barcodescanning
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Ontvangen, controleren en correct stockeren van goederen
  • Verwerken van goederenbewegingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Opvolgen van voorraden en uitvoeren van stocktellingen

- Productiebevoorrading

  • Tijdig bevoorraden van de productielijnen met verpakkingsmaterialen en andere benodigdheden
  • Afvoeren en correct stockeren van afgewerkte producten en resterende materialen
  • Logistiek ondersteunen van giftpackactiviteiten en andere productieactiviteiten

- Productie & bottelarij

  • Polyvalent mee werken binnen de bottelarij en waar nodig inspringen als operator
  • Ondersteunen bij het bedienen, opstarten en ombouwen van de bottellijnen
  • Mee toezien op een vlot productieproces en tijdig afwijkingen of problemen signaleren
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in de logistieke en productieprocessen

Wij zoeken een hands-on en polyvalente collega die graag afwisseling heeft tussen logistiek en productie.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je kan vlot overweg met digitale systemen; ervaring met ERP en barcodescanning is een pluspunt
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een heftruck- en reachtruckattest; opleiding intern is mogelijk
  • Je bent flexibel, behulpzaam en werkt graag samen met collega’s
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
