The posting

Voor een stabiel en internationaal actief productiebedrijf in de chemische/industriële sector in de regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalente productieoperator voor de poederafdeling. Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende omgeving met een duidelijke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking. De functie wordt aangeboden in het kader van een langdurige vervanging, met reële kans op continuïteit.

Als polyvalent productieoperator ben je inzetbaar op verschillende posten binnen de poederafdeling. Je doorloopt een gestructureerd leertraject, waarbij je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid en ingewerkt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Afzakken en verpakken van poederproducten
  • Klaarzetten en aanmaken van grondstoffen en batches
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van het productieproces via de computerkamer
  • Ontvangen en controleren van leveringen van grondstoffen
  • Intern transport en logistieke ondersteuning binnen de afdeling
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiëneprocedures
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren en rapporteren bij afwijkingen

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als productieoperator (bij voorkeur in een proces- of industriële omgeving)
  • Sterk logisch redeneervermogen en technisch inzicht
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen een team
  • Neemt initiatief en toont verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om verschillende posten aan te leren
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands (veiligheids- en werkinstructies)
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring met de heftruck In het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest
