Polyvalent confectiemedewerker

Als polyvalent confectiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in verschillende fasen van het productieproces van onze textiel- en confectieartikelen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zodat elk product voldoet aan onze kwaliteitsvereisten. Dankzij jouw veelzijdigheid draag je bij aan een vlotte productie en een verzorgde afwerking.

Naast de klassieke confectiewerkzaamheden werk je mee aan projecten rond het recycleren, hergebruiken en herwaarderen van kleding. Zo lever je samen met het team een concrete bijdrage aan een meer duurzame en circulaire manier van produceren.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Uitvoeren van diverse confectiebewerkingen, zoals stikken, snijden, strijken en afwerken, volgens de technische richtlijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van klantgebonden aanpassingen en retouches aan kleding.
  • Bedienen van industriële naaimachines en andere machines en materialen die binnen de confectie worden gebruikt.
  • Sorteren, demonteren en verwerken van gebruikte kleding met het oog op recyclage, hergebruik of herwaardering.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit, maatvoering en afwerking van de producten volgens de vooropgestelde normen.
  • Verpakken, labelen en klaarmaken van afgewerkte producten en bestellingen.
  • Zorgvuldig omgaan met materialen, machines en producten.
  • Meewerken aan een nette, veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Flexibel inspringen bij verschillende werkzaamheden binnen het productieproces.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring in confectie, textiel, herstelling of een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt ervaring met industriële naaimachines
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en leert snel nieuwe taken aan
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent eveneens een
  • goede teamplayer
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken en hebt geen schrik om nieuwe programma’s aan te leren
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans
