Onze klant is een stabiele, internationale logistieke speler, gevestigd in de ruime regio rond Deurne. Je komt terecht in een hecht en relatief rustig team waar een hele fijne sfeer hangt. Er wordt heel wat afgelachen en elke eerste vrijdag van de maand staat er een gezellige gezamenlijke lunch op het programma.

In deze rol als Polyvalent Expediteur Zeevracht ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige A tot Z opvolging van zeevracht. Je krijgt je eigen klantenportefeuille toegewezen, wat je werk heel tastbaar maakt en zorgt voor een hechte band met je klanten. Vanaf de boeking tot de controle van de dossiers en de uiteindelijke facturatie: jij neemt het in handen. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over prijsbeheer, waardoor je je voor de volle 100% kan focussen op een vlekkeloze service.

Functieomschrijving

  • Regelen en opvolgen van transporten (zowel FCL als LCL) van A tot Z.
  • Correct inboeken van zendingen in het systeem.
  • Tot in de puntjes nakijken en afhandelen van de volledige transportdossiers.
  • Verzorgen van de uiteindelijke facturatie voor jouw vaste klantenportefeuille.
  • Het onderhandelen van transport offertes met klanten en prospects.

Profiel

  • Beschikt over minstens twee jaar ervaring als expediteur.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Engels, zodat je internationale klanten goed te woord kan staan.
  • Ervaring met FCL en LCL is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht en denkt graag mee over slimme routeoptimalisatie.
