Voel jij je helemaal thuis tussen de potten en pannen en hou je van een gezellige, ongedwongen sfeer? Bij KANTINA in Aalst zoeken we een warme persoonlijkheid met een hart voor de horeca om ons team te versterken.

In deze rol word jij de onmisbare rechterhand van Katrien in de keuken. Je bent een rots in de branding die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Jouw absolute focus ligt op het reilen en zeilen in de keuken. Is het daar even rustig? Dan spring je met een glimlach bij in de zaal of aan de bar om onze gasten in de watten te leggen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Samen met Katrien verzorg je de voorbereidingen (mise-en-place), de bereidingen van onze kaart (zoals spaghetti, croque-monsieur en gezonde eenvoudige keuken) en help je bij de afwas.
  • Je houdt de keuken, koelingen en je werkplek hygiënisch en strak georganiseerd.
  • Schuif je de potten even aan de kant? Dan help je collega's in de zaal door bestellingen op te nemen of dranken te serveren. Je draagt bij aan de huiselijke sfeer van KANTINA.
  • Je hebt al voeling met de keuken, maar jouw "goesting" om te leren en de boel op termijn zelfstandig te dragen is voor ons het allerbelangrijkst.
  • We zoeken vooral iemand die, op termijn, zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je wacht niet voortdurend op instructies, maar ziet werk en pakt het vast.
  • Je bent sociaal en gastvrij, maar tegelijk georganiseerd en efficiënt.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen om onze klanten te bedienen.
  • Ook tijdens drukke momenten blijf je rustig en behoud je overzicht.
