Onze klant is actief in een technische B2B-omgeving waar professionele klanten rekenen op productkennis, correcte service en snelle opvolging. In het depot van Oostkamp werk je niet in een grote structuur met strikt afgelijnde functies, maar in een klein team van drie personen waar samenwerking essentieel is.

Iedereen helpt mee aan de balie, in het magazijn, bij administratie en bij maatwerk. Dat vraagt mensen die betrouwbaar zijn, praktisch denken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen zonder dat alles telkens gevraagd moet worden. Voor dit depot zoeken ze iemand die naast de depotverantwoordelijke mee de dagelijkse werking ondersteunt. Dit is een sterke opportuniteit voor iemand die graag veel leert, graag veel doet en op lange termijn een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt wil worden binnen een kleine vestiging.

Wat je zal doen

Als Polyvalent Medewerker Depot & Balie met Verantwoordelijkheid ondersteun je de volledige depotwerking. Je helpt klanten verder, verwerkt administratie, werkt mee in het magazijn en voert maatwerk uit. Samen met de depotverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat alles correct, veilig en klantgericht verloopt.

  • Je helpt klanten professioneel verder aan de balie.
  • Je behandelt telefonische vragen, prijsaanvragen en eenvoudige technische productvragen.
  • Je maakt offertes, orders, afhaalbons en leveringsbons correct op.
  • Je volgt klantvragen en praktische afspraken nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ontvangt, controleert en stockeert binnenkomende goederen.
  • Je zet bestellingen klaar en helpt bij het laden en lossen.
  • Je voert maatwerk uit, waaronder plooien volgens specificaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij retours, stockopvolging en praktische depotadministratie.
  • Je bewaakt mee orde, netheid en veiligheid in het depot.
  • Je denkt mee met de depotverantwoordelijke over prioriteiten en dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig, want in dit depot kan en doet iedereen veel.
