The posting

In samenwerking met de andere medewerkers van de dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het vooraf bekijken en selecteren van bruikbare videobeelden afkomstig van de bewakingscamera’s voor netheid, in het kader van de belasting op openbare netheid
  • Het opstellen van brieven aan overtreders overeenkomstig het belastingreglement inzake openbare netheid (gemeenteraad van 25/11/2025)
  • Ondersteuning bij het versturen van processen-verbaal met betrekking tot de belasting op openbare netheid, enz.
  • Het opstellen van brieven, e-mails, beslissingen in BOS, verslagen, enz.;
  • Alle administratieve ondersteuning die nodig is voor de goede werking van de dienst Belastingen (invoer, inkohiering, enz.)
  • Het identificeren van personen die een overtreding begaan tegen de gemeentelijke reglementen en verordeningen en tegen het algemeen politiereglement;
  • Het opstellen van vaststellingen en processen-verbaal (ook op basis van het bekijken van camerabeelden)
  • Samenwerken met de dienst Netheid om afval op de openbare weg te doorzoeken met het oog op het identificeren van de overtreders.

Minimale voorwaarden:

  • Minstens 18 jaar oud.
  • Geen veroordeling tot correctionele/criminele straf (uitgezonderd bepaalde verkeersinbreuken).
  • Geen feiten gepleegd die de betrouwbaarheid aantasten of niet passen bij het profiel van vaststellend ambtenaar.
  • Niet actief als privédetective, geen functie in private/bijzondere veiligheid, geen lid van een politiedienst, geen door de Koning verboden activiteit.

Technische competenties:

  • Initiële opleiding GAS-vaststeller met succes afgerond.
  • Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden en spelling.
  • Cijfermatig ingesteld.
  • Vlot werken met Word, Excel, Outlook en relevante vaksoftware.
  • Taalcertificaat artikel 9§2 (Frans/Nederlands) of bereid de test af te leggen.
  • Kennis van gemeentelijke reglementen en algemeen politiereglement is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met administratieve procedures is een pluspunt.
