Steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en zorg je er samen met collega’s voor dat medische materialen en goederen tijdig en correct beschikbaar zijn? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken! Voor onze logistieke werking in Erembodegem zoeken we een Polyvalent Medewerker Logistiek die flexibel inzetbaar is binnen de verschillende processen van het magazijn.

Hoe maak jij het verschil?

  • Je maakt bestellingen klaar op basis van interne bestelbonnen en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig en correct worden afgewerkt.
  • Je verwerkt en registreert logistieke gegevens correct in de daarvoor voorziene systemen.
  • Je stockeert goederen volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je bewaakt mee de orde, veiligheid en netheid van het magazijn.
  • Je ontvangt goederen van leveranciers en controleert deze zorgvuldig aan de hand van bestel- en verzenddocumenten.
  • Je verwerkt leveringsinformatie administratief in het systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt waar nodig de activiteiten aan de loskade en geeft aanwijzingen tijdens het lossen van goederen.
  • Je verplaatst goederen en paletten tussen verschillende logistieke zones.
  • Je werkt met een elektrische transpallet, pallettruck en vorklift.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s binnen andere logistieke activiteiten wanneer de werking van de dienst dit vereist.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen magazijn, distributie en goederenontvangst.
  • Je overlegt met collega’s en leidinggevenden over operationele vragen en mogelijke verbeterpunten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen een team waarin samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte goederenstroom binnen de organisatie.

Welke collega zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van pc-toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met een elektrische transpallet, pallettruck en/of vorklift is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en hebt oog voor de noden van interne klanten en zorgverleners.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig taken kan uitvoeren.
  • Je bent communicatief, flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je vaste standplaats is Erembodegem. Om de continuïteit van onze logistieke dienstverlening te waarborgen, ben je flexibel inzetbaar. In functie van de operationele noden kan gevraagd worden om tijdelijk of structureel werkzaamheden uit te voeren op andere locaties binnen de organisatie, waaronder de campus van UZ Brussel.
