Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en efficiënt productieproces. Je stelt de machines correct in, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal blijven functioneren. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en technische expertise verlopen de productieprocessen volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en voldoen we aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma (A2) of vergelijkbare ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Een heftruckattest? Superhandig! (Heb je het nog niet? Dan bekijken we de mogelijkheden.)
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en een goed oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en kent de basis van milieuregels en afvalbeleid
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel onder druk en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
  • Je werkt graag in team, bent flexibel en hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit
