Ben je iemand die graag met verschillende machines werkt en voldoening haalt uit nauwkeurig werk? Dan hebben wij misschien wel dé job voor jou!

Voor een modern en groeiend metaalbedrijf in Diksmuide zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalent plaatbewerker.

Wat ga je doen?

Als plaatbewerker zorg je ervoor dat plaatmateriaal op de juiste manier wordt bewerkt en afgewerkt. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt met verschillende machines en technieken.

Jouw taken:

Je gaat aan de slag met verschillende machines voor het laseren, plooien en rollen van plaatmateriaal.

Je stelt de machines correct in en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste programma's worden gebruikt.

Je controleert je werk nauwkeurig en vergelijkt de afmetingen met de technische plannen.

Je werkt de stukken zorgvuldig af en zorgt ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je ontvangt nieuwe materialen en helpt de voorraad en administratie hiervan opvolgen.

Met behulp van de heftruck verplaats je het plaatmateriaal en de afgewerkte producten.

Je houdt de machines en je werkplek netjes en helpt bij het dagelijkse onderhoud.

Loopt er iets niet zoals gepland? Dan ga je zelfstandig op zoek naar een oplossing en denk je mee over hoe het beter kan.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en technisch inzicht heeft.

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld mechanica of metaalbewerking, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt ervaring met plaatbewerking. Ervaring met laseren, plooien, nesten of rollen is een mooie troef.

Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en werkt nauwkeurig.

Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.

Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee naar oplossingen.

Orde, netheid en veiligheid vind je belangrijk.

Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest.

Ervaring met een rolbrug is een pluspunt.

Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels.

Je staat open om intern nieuwe technieken en vaardigheden aan te leren.
