Hou je van bouwen, herstellen en projecten tot in de puntjes afwerken? Als polyvalent technisch medewerker (bouw) combineer je uiteenlopende taken: van grond- en metselwerken tot pleister- en tegelwerken. Je werkt met degelijk materiaal in een team waar nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Heb je zin om zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en je brede technische kennis volop te benutten? Dan hebben wij een job voor jou!

Je staat in voor diverse ruwbouw- en afwerkingswerken, waaronder:

Je breekt bestaande constructies zorgvuldig uit en zorgt voor een veilige werf.

In samenwerking met één of meerdere collega’s geef je vanuit jouw expertise duidelijke richtlijnen. Je maakt afspraken over de taakuitvoering. Je ziet toe op de veiligheid en zorgt voor oplossingen bij kleine problemen. Je volgt het werk op en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je ondersteunt ook bij technische opdrachten die niet uitsluitend tot jouw expertisegebied behoren. Je kan ingezet worden om kleine werkzaamheden van andere disciplines uit te voeren die je tijdens het werk tegenkomt.

Je kan zelfstandig werken. Dit houdt in dat je het werk zelf kan organiseren en een inschatting kan maken van het nodige werk en het materiaal dat je nodig hebt. Je neemt nauwkeurig maten op van nieuwe of te herstellen onderdelen en maakt indien nodig een eenvoudige schets of uitvoeringsplan.

Je kan kleine bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers met een tablet, smartphone of computer. Je hebt basis pc- kennis (e-mail, Excel).

Op het moment dat je start in deze job moet je een rijbewijs B (handgeschakeld) hebben.

Je hebt geen hoogtevrees. Je werkt op stellingen en ladders. Je werkt in omstandigheden die een goede fysieke conditie vereisen.

Je kan ingeschakeld worden in een permanentiesysteem. Er kan gevraagd worden om bijzondere prestaties te verrichten en op verschillende tewerkstellingsplaatsen binnen het grondgebied Gent te werken.

  • Ofwel heb je een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs in een richting die relevant is voor de functie (bijvoorbeeld bouw).
  • Ofwel heb je minimaal 2 jaar relevante professionele ervaring als metselaar, vloerder of stukadoor.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B (handgeschakeld) als je start in de job.
