Woonzorgcentrum Nottebohm is een verhaal van bewoner, familie, medewerker, organisatie, kortom: van en voor mensen!

In onze “zorg” - zorgen voor en met elkaar - streven wij ernaar een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit van leven te bieden voor de mensen die hier wonen en thuis zijn.

Thuis voelen, thuis zijn... een zorg van ons allemaal, een kunst van individuen die samen een groep vormen, die allen ‘goede zorg’ willen geven vanuit zichzelf, vanuit eigen normen en waarden.

Jij staat samen met een collega garant voor het algemene onderhoud en beheer van het woonzorgcentrum. Instaan voor orde en netheid van het eigen atelier, materialen (voorraad) en gereedschappen.

Met als doel een comfortabele, aangename, goed onderhouden en veilige omgeving te waarborgen voor bewoners, bezoekers en medewerkers.

Technische en persoonlijke bekwaamheden:

Stielkennis op verschillende vakgebieden, houtbewerking, elektriciteit, loodgieterij, metselwerk, schilderen, e.a.

Beschikken over een goede fysieke conditie, persoonlijke hygiëne verzorgen en houder van een rijbewijs (mogelijkheid tot inspringen chauffeur voor dagverzorgingscentrum).

Je bent open en vriendelijk, orde en netheid hebben, zelfstandig kunnen werken en in een team, veiligheidsbesef en verantwoordelijksheidszin uitdragen, stiptheid en discipline tonen.

Je hebt een breed takenpakket met afwisselende dagen.

(Kleine) onderhoudswerken en reparaties zelf uitvoeren in de gebouwen (bijv. elektriciteit, metselwerk, verwarming, loodgieterij, herstellingen aan sloten, retouches, ...), schilderwerken uitvoeren, orde en netheid rond afvalcontainers, helpende hand bij verhuizingen van meubilair, mogelijk ook tuinwerk, nauwgezet uitvoeren van periodieke controles en bijhorende registraties ter preventie van problemen.

Kortom een job waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Je weet wat zelfstandig werken is, en neemt graag initiatief. Je ziet werk en weet van aanpakken en wacht niet tot medewerkers je problemen melden.

Je volgt verplichte keuringen op en onderneemt acties op basis van verslagen.

Werkzaamheden van derden (leveranciers) worden ook door jou opgevolgd.

Je weet preventieve onderhoudsacties te nemen zodat we onderhoudsproblemen voorkomen.

Je kan overweg met pc en bent bereid om software-programma's te leren.

Je kan een actueel 'attest blanco strafregister' voorleggen.
