Voor het filiaal van Standaard Boekhandel in Brussel (Anspachlaan 28) zijn we op zoek naar een uitgelezen polyvalent winkelmedewerker met een passie voor boeken die gedreven is om onze klanten een fantastische ervaring te bieden.

Met een 130 winkels in Vlaanderen (Standaard Boekhandel) en 40-tal in Wallonië (Club) zijn we een van de meest dynamische retailers van het land. Onze 600 specialisten zetten sterk in op persoonlijk advies en klantenbegeleiding waarbij de kwaliteit van ons winkelnetwerk cruciaal is. Naast het winkelnetwerk hebben we ons logistiek center SBL. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als polyvalent medewerker sta je in voor verschillende taken in de winkel (Brussel Anspachlaan) en op de campusshop. Afhankelijk van de drukte spring je bij waar nodig.
  • Je staat in voor het klantenonthaal en zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening aan de klanten.
  • Je verzorgt de kassa en je staat in voor administratieve taken.

Profiel

· Je bent goed georganiseerd en biedt ondersteuning aan de diverse afdelingen op de winkelvloer.

· Je hebt oog voor de winkeluitstraling.

· Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en sociaal.

· Je bent commercieel ingesteld, en hebt een brede interesse.

· Je hebt een grote affiniteit met boeken en cultuur.

· Naast Nederlands, ben je vlot in het Frans en durf je je uit te drukken in het Engels.
