Voor een dynamische organisatie actief in de mobiliteitssector zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Verhuurmedewerker regio Anderlecht. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: je combineert klantencontact, administratie en praktische taken in een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Als verhuurmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat elk verhuurproces van A tot Z vlot verloopt.
  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en adviseren, zowel telefonisch als aan het onthaal.
  • Verhuurcontracten administratief verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Correcte betalingen, facturatie en dossierbeheer verzorgen via een intern softwaresysteem.
  • Ingeleverde voertuigen controleren op eventuele schade en de nodige procedures opstarten.
  • Mee zorgen voor een verzorgde en gebruiksklare vloot door voertuigen te reinigen, stofzuigen, banden te controleren of voertuigen te verplaatsen naar een andere locatie of technische controle.
  • Kortom: een gevarieerde functie waarin geen twee dagen hetzelfde zijn.

  • Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact en graag initiatief neemt.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over: een vlotte kennis van Nederlands én Frans
  • Sterke klantgerichte vaardigheden
  • Een nauwkeurige en administratieve werkstijl
  • Goede computervaardigheden
  • Een positieve teamspirit en collegiale ingesteldheid
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid: je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
